Q: I Can’t register for an assist-Mi account?
A: Please make sure that when selecting a password, you have used at least six letters and at least one number.
Q: I did not receive the verification email when I registered an assist-Mi account?
A: Check your junk mail folder? The email from [email protected] may have been wrongly classed as spam.
Android App FAQs
Q: All locations display ‘Unknown distance’?
A: Please be sure that when using the assist-Mi app you have ‘location’ or ‘GPS’ enabled, as without it you will be unable to receive directions, or distance information regarding the business in question.
iPhone App FAQs
Q: All locations display ‘0.0 miles’ from my current location?
A: Please be sure that when using the assist-Mi app you have ‘location’ or ‘GPS’ enabled, as without it you will be unable to receive directions, or distance information regarding the business in question.
